General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made online through our website and govern your use of our catering services.
1.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
2. Orders and Payment

2.1 All prices on the website are listed in Rands and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
2.2 Orders can be placed through our website. We accept EFT and card payments.
2.3 Full payment must be made at the time of order for online purchases. Catering services may require a deposit or advance payment, which will be outlined in the catering contract.
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to errors in pricing or product availability.
3. Delivery and Collection

3.1 For online orders, we offer delivery to Stellenbosch and surrounding areas and/or collection at a pre-determined location. Delivery times will be determined upon receipt of order.
3.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or external events.
3.3 If collecting an order, please ensure it is picked up during our operating hours. Orders not collected within 2 days may be discarded, and refunds will not be issued.
4. Catering Services

4.1 Catering orders must be placed 72 hours in advance, and are subject to availability.
4.2 Any changes to catering orders must be communicated at least 2 days before the event. Additional charges may apply.
4.3 Cancellations of catering orders must be made 7 days in advance. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for food items. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 days of receipt to discuss a replacement or refund.
5.2 Refunds for non-perishable products may be provided at our discretion, subject to the return of the item in its original condition.
6. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

6.1 Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing an order. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens.
7. Liability

7.1 We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
7.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.
8. Intellectual Property

9. Governing Law
