About Greengate
Founded by Ingrid du Toit in 2003, Greengate Deli & Coffee Shop has become a beloved Stellenbosch institution. Originally located at the Skuinshuis on Ryneveld Street and later at the De Wet Centre, Greengate has been serving the community with fresh, delicious and wholesome food for over two decades.
At Greengate, we’re passionate about quality. We use fresh, local ingredients and whenever possible, organic produce. Our meats are always free-range and ethically sourced, ensuring that every meal is both delicious and responsibly prepared.
Today, Ingrid has joined forces with Megan Blankendaal, who originally managed Greengate and also owned the coffeeshop, Cupcake in Dorp Street. Together, they are combining their expertise to bring you not only the same delicious meals you’ve come to love, but also a selection of baked delights to satisfy every craving.
